predc funding
PREDC receives funding from a variety of sources. The relative weight of each funding source changes as new economic development priorities emerge and are funded
Municipal funds are tied to specific economic development initiatives and outcomes through a fee for service contract. The Municipality of Kincardine contracted with PREDC from July 15 2011 to June 30 2015. Huron-Kinloss contracted with PREDC for earlier work related to the natural gas project.
PREDC is grateful for all funding support and wants to acknowledge the help from the Municipality of Kincardine and the Municipality of Huron-Kinloss during our formative years.
PREDC works to develop alternative funding sources for additional initiatives to strengthen our local economy. Our core aim is always the creation of decent paying jobs, which support families.
