 Team Kincardine
 The organizations that make up "Team Kincardine" involve the Kincardine & district Chamber of Commerce, Downtown BIA and PREDC in cooperation with the Municipality of Kincardine.
The rationale behind establishing a Team Kincardine collaborative is to satisfy the need to establishing stronger working relationships, improved communications, operating efficiencies and provide a stronger voice supporting the community.
The creation of Team Kincardine also offer a new means to market and promote the community through the future development of an enhanced community marketing agenda. In addition, developing this collaborative approach will assist the community with developing the following initiatives:
- Business Visitation Program to include an expanded Business Retention & Expansion agenda
- Development of a Tourism Strategic Plan and future Work Plan
- Integrate PREDC Tourism web portal and proposed 311 community service
- Development of a Cultural, Heritage and & Arts Strategy and future Work Plan
- Cooperate with the Municipality with developing coordinated Work Plans to implement the ICSP
- Volunteer Community Support Programming to assist with ICSP implementation and other volunteer-group needs
