Team Kincardine is a formal partnership of three organizations, which have joined together to leverage their resources to advance economic development in the community.  Team Kincardine undertakes specific initiatives related to marketing the municipality of Kincardine and works closely with municipal government.  The Team also works to advance implementation of the Integrated Sustainability Plan adopted by the municipality.  Team members are:


  • Downtown Business Improvement Association (BIA). 
  • Kincardine & District Chamber of Commerce (CoC).
  • Penetangore Regional Economic Development Corporation (PREDC).

Projects and initiatives in which Team Kincardine participates:

a.    Welcome services to new businesses.
b.    Assisting with marketing of local attractions and events.
c.    Participation at the Tourism Table and in work groups.
d.    Implementation of the Integrated Community Sustainability Plan (ICSP).
e.    Rural Economic Development Project - Business Retention & Expansion.
f.     Volunteer Recruitment and Placement.
